Earlier this month, we rolled out Panto’s brand-new PR Summary feature to a select group of 10 customers. Our goal: to see how real engineering teams would use AI-generated, natural language summaries for every pull request, and whether it would truly transform their code review process.

Panto’s automatically generates clear, concise summaries for every pull request. Instead of spending time deciphering code diffs or reading through lengthy commit messages, reviewers get an instant, human-readable overview of what’s changed and why. This means:

What Happened When 10 Teams Tried It

We invited 10 of our most engaged customers to try the feature in their daily workflow. Here’s what we learned:
